Ryan Welch
Ryan Welch comes from a long line of storytellers. His great-grandfather told stories with artists’ pencils. His grandfather with film – and his father with words. While he maintains an interest in all three, his passion lies in telling stories using images – both still and motion.
Ryan is the owner and creative director of AO Creative, a communications company specializing in video production. Along with AO.Creative, Ryan is co-owner of Moetic Wedding Films, creating wedding films for couples all around the country. Whether behind the camera or in front of the computer editing, his goal is to convey a story that evokes emotion and creativity.
Ryan enjoys spending with his wife Susan and kids Cade (age 7) and Avin (age 5). He also enjoys football and basketball games, volunteering for Young Life, golfing, camping, mountain biking and making movies.

Jay Jones
A graduate of Vancouver Film School, Jay Jones is a producer/director for AO.Creative. He is also owner of One Click Sports Now.
In addition to mixing metaphors, Jay also enjoys mixing it up on the broadcast side, as well. After working behind the camera at Chambers Communications (Chambers Productions, KEZI-TV), Jay now finds himself in front of the mic on several college football sports talk radio shows. In 2009, Jay was named The Register-Guard’s Readers’ Choice “Most appealing local TV or radio personality” in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Ryan Rossman
Ryan Rossman is a gifted cinematographer and editor for AO Creative. Along with cinematographer, he loves art. From drawing and painting to film-making and everything in between, he has a passion for creation. Ryan, co-owner of Moetic Wedding Films, grew up making movies with my friends and taking as many art classes as he could. One of the things that he loved most about making movies was science of it.
He loved problem solving and finding new ways to create dynamic visuals. To Ryan, the camera is an instrument to take his imagination and make it known to the world. Today, he uses these instruments to capture the essence of life.
